NAACP, Umoja Village Town Hall Meeting Brings Together Aiken County Council District 8 Candidates

The candidates for the District 8 seat on Aiken County Council discussed their motivations for seeking office during a town hall meeting Monday at Second Baptist Church in Aiken.

James Hankinson, P.K. Hightower, Brian Parks and Michael Rozovich also talked about what they believe are the major concerns for the Black residents of the district.
