Proposal Submissions-Housing Authority of the City of Aiken

The Housing Authority of the City of Aiken (AHA) is inviting proposal submissions from experienced developers to act as a Development Consultant to provide necessary expertise to develop affordable housing in the City of Aiken, SC.

 Interested Development Consultants must have experience in providing Development Consultant services to other Public Housing Agencies (PHAs). Please contact The Housing Authority of the City of Aiken (AHA) via email at ncarter@aikenhousing.org to receive the Request for Proposal packet or download the requirements from the agency’s website at www.aikenhousing.org.

 Proposals are subject to federal, state, and local laws, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the Code of Federal Regulations requirements. Proposals will be received until 5:00 PM (EDT), August 5, 2024. Proposals should be mailed to The Housing Authority of the City of Aiken, Post Office Box 889, Aiken, SC 29802, or hand delivered to 100 Rogers Terrace, Aiken, SC 29801. Proposals will also be accepted electronically at clawton@aikenhousing.org.

 The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority.
