UMOJA VILLAGE UPDATE, because YOU are Umoja Village!

1. Today is the first day that the Umoja Village Resource Center operates under regular business hours for the public. Hours of operation: Tuesdays through Thursdays, 12-4 p.m. and Mondays and Fridays by appointment, 827 Hayne Avenue, SW in Aiken.  To learn how the center is set up to help, visit www.umojavillage.com. 3. Special thanks to the Greater Faith Fellowship of Aiken family and visitors for another blessed Umoja Village 4th Sunday that yielded a donation of $710.00 to Umoja Village. Every 4th Sunday at GFF is Umoja Village Sunday. You're welcome to attend.

4. SAVE THE DATE: The Center for African American History, Art, and Culture presents its annual Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 18, 12-3 p.m., 120 York Street NE, Aiken. The family event is free and open to the public.
