1. Pastor Karlton Howard will be my Power Hour guest tomorrow (12/15), from 12-1 p.m. on WAAW Shout 94.7 FM radio.  We will discuss his bid for GA House of Rep. District 129 seat recently vacated by the passing of his brother, Rep. Wayne Howard. The very important special election is Tuesday, Dec. 20th.  VOTE! He has opposition.

2. This Friday, Dec. 16th, is the last day for new applications for the SC Stay Plus rental assistance funds until further notice.  After the 16th, a waiting list will be generated.  For locations, call 803-336-3420, or email scstayplus@schousing.com

The City of Aiken's mobile stage (used by WAAW for Shoutfest and others like Aiken Electric Coop for Run United) has been placed on govdeals.com for auction.  The city will honor rentals through 2022.  If you are interested in placing a bid on that item or tons of other excessed or surplus equipment, vehicles, and almost anything you need, visit the website.  Excellent resource.
