HOME-ARP Program Application Workshop

SC Housing held a virtual application workshop via Zoomgov.com to provide an overview of the HOME-ARP Program, eligibility requirements and provide technical assistance on how to complete and submit successful compliant applications for HOME-ARP developments on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Who should Apply for HOME-ARP Funding?

Eligible Applicant Entities:

1.      Units of Local Government (cities, counties and towns)

2.      Regional Councils of Government (COGs)

3.      Continuums of Care (CoCs)

4.      Public Housing Authorities (PHAs)

5.      Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs)

6.      Nonprofit Entities

7.      For-profit Entities

Applicants are required to submit a HOME-ARP Exhibit 7-Previous Participation Certification via email to Jennifer.Cogan@schousing.com or CommunityDevelopmentPrograms@schousing.com no later than 5:00 p.m. (ET) on Monday, March 3, 2025.  The deadline to submit HOME-ARP Applications is Tuesday, April 1, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. (ET) For more information, please contact SC Housing at communitydevelopmentprograms@schousing.com.
